JOB DESCRIPTION OF VOLUNTEERS
Expectations:
We are expecting Volunteers and rest of the team to be proactive during the project. Each one should consider the project as his own and propose new ideas that can be helpfull for the success of the project.
Job roles during the project:
1.Preparing and delivering sessions choose from below list.
2.Delivering cultural sensitivities and languages courses to kids both in orphanages and schools.
3.Giving support for the Administration of NGOs/Orphanages/Schools
4.Helping teachers on kids education such as better drawing skills, reading skills, writing skills.
5.helping the NGOs/Orphanage/School by conducting several activities to help the children
6.Organizing and participating on special events during the project
7.Training children for their presentations during special events (Dance, drama, Music, photography, painting…)
8.Recording video of children to showcase what kids says about sustainability, bilingualism, poverty…
9.Writing articles for online publishing (Website, social media…)
Job Roles before coming:
Before his/her arrival, volunteers can start working to help us here by:
SOME STUFF TO RAISE
Health: medication, first aid material, small hospital equipment, mosquito nets, male/females condoms, pamflets, posters, flyers, videos for sensitization campains (malaria, HIV/AIDS, Cholera)
Equipment: Unused Laptop, Unused Camera, Unused phones…
Education: Books, pencils, toothbrush, tooth paste, sandals, school bag, balls, football boots, T-shirts, Jerseys, shorts, goalkeepers gear, medals, trophies, referee gear…
Other: Clothes, shoes, soft animals…
STUFF TO BRING FOR CULTURAL FAIR
– Country Flag (Big or Medium size) will remain at WEBDEV Office with your signature
– Some Countries foods, clothes, shoes…
– PPTs, videos, Pictures…
– Newspapers
– Stuffs from your University, City (Flyers, Posters, CD/DVD…) to brand them
– Stuffs from donors who sponsored your trip or part of it and may want to be showcase.
EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
– Download Videos on HIV/AIDS, CHOLERA, MALARIA (Causes, Transmission, symptoms, treatment, prevention…)(Preferably in French – English acceptable)
– Download Videos on Pregnancy, Sexual responsiblity, self confidence, values, human right… (Causes, Transmission, symptoms, treatment, prevention…)(Preferably in French – English acceptable)
– Download Videos on Entrepreneurship (How to become a good entrepreneur, Sucess stories, Leadership video, motivational videos, Business plan structure, Marketing and selling, Motivation…) – (Preferably in French – English acceptable)
– Download Videos on Environmental Issues (Pollution, Waste, Global Warming…) (Preferably in French – English acceptable)
– Download Videos on Language you will be teaching
EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES
– Prepare some Teams Building Games (at least 5) that will be perform either the TTT Seminar or during the project with Participants
– Prepare 2 coregraphy (music) from you home country music. It should be funny and energizing. We will have space during the TTT Seminar or evening times to perform within the team and later with participants for the “enjoy participation” part of the project. Those will become our WEBDEV Dance/Roll Call.

- Minimum Duration: 2 weeks
- Maximum Duration: 12 weeks [for the project, volunteers can stay longer after the project end]

- Round 2- From Beginning of March until end of April
